About Training at NY-TF1
NY-TF1 members come from elite teams at FDNY, NYPD, and FDNY EMS.
By attending each agency’s specialized onboarding courses, members meet and often exceed the general training requirements.
Some courses also help members meet position-specific requirements.
Since each agency does their onboarding courses slightly differently, this page will walk you through how each member meets the requirements.
This page will also address how NY-TF1 meets general admin requirements.
