FEMA has activated the US&R Red IST; the East IST Cache; one NIMS Type 1 (MO-TF1); and two NIMS Type 3 US&R task forces (IN-TF1 and OH-TF1).

Red Incident Support Team (IST) was activated for severe weather in Kentucky. This deployment includes NY-TF1 Program Staff member Soeren Lygum, now headed to Frankfurt, KY.
